I toured this complex with the manager Brittney, I loved the unit however I do need something bigger for my family! Sheâs was great! Very professional and understanding!

The apartments are very nice, the community is quiet, and the management is STELLAR. Honestly Brittney is the most helpful and honest Property Manager I have ever lived under. When my car was towed by mistake she helped me get the price reduced, when my rent payment was lost, she worked with me and waived the fees, when I lost my job, she told me she would work with me to ensure that I didn't lose my home. The apartments are good, but the management is what got me to renew my lease

I have lived here for more than 5 years, the property manager Brittany is so nice, and she really improved the property, she made changes here, got rid of toxic people. And the maintenance team Jason is so awesome to work with. He always tries to fix whatever problems in a timely manner. Everyone in the office are really nice and professional. I highly recommend the Calaveras to rent in. Thank you for always being supportive to the tenants. ð

We got moved into a problem unit and that guy has now been fired but they moved us without any extra fees and our doing everything they can to fix the issue and I didn’t have to scream and y’all or anything. They just did it on their own so they are a fantastic group!
