The apartments are very nice, the community is quiet, and the management is STELLAR. Honestly Brittney is the most helpful and honest Property Manager I have ever lived under. When my car was towed by mistake she helped me get the price reduced, when my rent payment was lost, she worked with me and waived the fees, when I lost my job, she told me she would work with me to ensure that I didn't lose my home. The apartments are good, but the management is what got me to renew my lease

I have lived here for more than 5 years, the property manager Brittany is so nice, and she really improved the property, she made changes here, got rid of toxic people. And the maintenance team Jason is so awesome to work with. He always tries to fix whatever problems in a timely manner. Everyone in the office are really nice and professional. Both the leasing staff Brittney and Alex are wonderful. Alex helped my roommate and I with everything we needed for moving in. Once we got there, Brittney allowed us to tour every open unit in the building until we found the perfect one for us. They are both so accommodating and understanding. Brittney quickly became not only our leasing staff, but a friend as well. She is constantly working to improve The Calaveras, bettering so much in just the 6 months I lived there. I will miss her and this apartment dearly!!

I wanted to wait to give a review until I lived here for a bit. But honestly they're a pretty straightforward place, they took care of my matienance request within a day and always feel like I can talk with Britney. I haven't got my key to the pool yet, that's my fault, but the pool is always pretty open and they make sure to have the kids watched by the adult. It does have a bit more spiders than I'm used to, but I'm also in a basement apartment. It's quiet at night, and you can always ask for someone to keep it down.

I’ve had a wonderful experience living here Apt 84! Communicating with the apartment manager, Britney, has been so easy , she is always understanding, professional, and quick to respond to any situation that comes up. Whenever there’s an issue with the unit, Britney and the maintenance team are right on it , truly like two peas in a pod! The maintenance team is fast and reliable, which has made my time here stress-free. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends. It’s not only convenient and affordable, but the supportive management really makes it feel like home!

When we scheduled a tour here we received a great walk through, not rushed at all. He answered every question, explained every detail and was super kind the entire time! They also had a petting zoo event happening the day we came and we were told they do events for their renters monthly. The maintenance and office team are really nice. We’ve lived here for two years with no major issues. There’s roaches, but they spray monthly and if you see any in excess and notify them they’ll spray again. If you come to live here, notify the office of anything not up to your expectations. They really do put in an effort to make it a welcoming place to live.

I haven’t had hot water for a few days so I put in a service request on the app on Saturday night, and the new maintenance guy Erik came to my apartment on Monday since the office is closed Sunday. He looked at my water heater and fixed whatever was wrong in 5 minutes and was extremely polite! I’m glad he’s the new head of the maintenance!

I lived here for a couple of years. It's basically the most reasonably priced apartment in the area and it's actually not bad. Utilities are fair. There are some fees added to the end of the month bill but they usually tell you before you sign the lease. Maintenance also try to come asap or on time.

My little family of four lived here for a full year lease, just ended the end of April 2021. My main reason for four stars is the management and office staff are phenomenal, if it was rating them alone, definitely would be five stars. The Calaveras was ultimately a great place to live. The apartment was spacious enough to be comfortable for the four of us since our second son was under the age of one so he shared a room with us while here. The overall floorplan isn't the best, wish there was more of a dining area. We spent most meals eating on our couches, wasn't too great that way. There isn't a balcony so it made it harder to get out into some sunshine. Also with us being in building A, the windows faced the police station next door also limiting sunshine and natural light. Talking about light, the lighting could use some help. At the start of our residency, the kitchen light would start flashing like a strobe light. With it being the first couple months of COVID, they wouldn't fulfill maintenance request. So we sat on that flashy light for a good two months. Aside from the flashing issue, the kitchen was well lit. However, the living room and two bedrooms only had one simple dome light. The living room one was very dim, barely did anything for us. Now to why the staff is great. The manager, Sherrie was very patient with us in paying rent. With COVID happening, our income was heavily reduced. She pushed a couple due dates for us, she waived a few late fees. She was great, absolutely awesome, I couldn't be more thankful. And once the time came for moving out, they allowed me one more day to officially get everything moved out and clean the apartment a little. If you're looking for a place to move into and the smallish apartments are sufficient for you, I say at least look at the places and make your own judgments. We enjoyed it even with all the issues that transpired.

My wife and I have lived at the Calaveras South Apartments for over a year now. I have not even so much as seen the other Calaveras apartments and so I am sticking specifically to my own experiences in my current apartment and my interactions with management. Location: Of course there is basically nothing that the management themselves can do about the location, but it is something important to mention in a review. That is why even though it is not exactly the best, it will not effect the scoring for me. The location is actually kind of odd. If you look to the north and the west then things are pretty and the buildings are new and clean. However, looking to the east and south it is the exact opposite. The neighboring apartments to the west are similar in price and are brand new in a gated area. The neighboring apartments to the east are... poor. I nearly witnessed a stabbing occur once at the south eastern apartments whilst taking out my trash. Something to keep in mind. Management: I loved the management. Sherri was my go to woman for anything that we needed or had questions about and I sometimes would visit just to chat because she's just an all around wonderful person. I will say that calling is really difficult to get a hold of anyone. I have had days where I've called three or four times and got nobody on the line, but if I walked over to the offices I was helped immediately. Something else to keep in mind. The management also would hold a small social gathering once a month offering treats of some form or another and helps with a sense of community there. There is gym equipment available as well as Amazon boxes to deliver items to and prevent them from getting stolen off your front porch which I really appreciated. Outside of the office is a pool available to the tenants to use and it is very well kept. Maintenance: There is one maintained worker and he is outstanding. Since he is a lone person sometimes it will take a bit of time before he can get to you, which is understandable. Anything we needed repaired he did an excellent job and even offered us with multiple solutions to a problem and let us choose which we would like him to do. He was a very cool individual and we never felt uncomfortable with him coming into the apartment to do his job. Our apartment: We love our apartment. They are simple and they were definitely recently redone on the inside. I have not had any issues with the actual structure other than some uneven spots on the floor, which is obviously not a big deal at all. The walls and floors are thick enough that, for the most part, you didn't have to hear the neighbors all of the time. Not to say that you can never hear them, but just that it isn't a constant thing. The washer/dryer combo provided is very cool, but I will also say that doing laundry takes longer than a traditional side by side washer and dryer and when the spin cycle is running it will shake the apartment. We had to tape down a few things on our counters so that the vibrations didn't shake them off over time. I tried to present both great things and not so great things for fairness sake. Even though things weren't flawless I truly feel like the Calaveras South Apartments has earned five stars in my mind, and if we didn't need to move we would've stayed here for years to come. (If you're an impatient or entitled person then A) You're a problem and a menace in society go and get therapy and B) do not live here. These people deserve better than to deal with people like you. They work really hard day in and day out and you can really see that even if it isn't always perfect. They're good people. I really got sick of seeing some of the rude Karen-esque personalities in the offices raising hell over tiny issues.)

Outside of the office is a pool available to the tenants to use and it is very well kept. Maintenance: There is one maintained worker and he is outstanding. Since he is a lone person sometimes it will take a bit of time before he can get to you, which is understandable. Anything we needed repaired he did an excellent job and even offered us with multiple solutions to a problem and let us choose which we would like him to do. He was a very cool individual and we never felt uncomfortable with him coming into the apartment to do his job. Our apartment: We love our apartment. They are simple and they were definitely recently redone on the inside. I have not had any issues with the actual structure other than some uneven spots on the floor, which is obviously not a big deal at all. The walls and floors are thick enough that, for the most part, you didn't have to hear the neighbors all of the time. Not to say that you can never hear them, but just that it isn't a constant thing. The washer/dryer combo provided is very cool, but I will also say that doing laundry takes longer than a traditional side by side washer and dryer and when the spin cycle is running it will shake the apartment. We had to tape down a few things on our counters so that the vibrations didn't shake them off over time. I tried to present both great things and not so great things for fairness sake. Even though things weren't flawless I truly feel like the Calaveras South Apartments has earned five stars in my mind, and if we didn't need to move we would've stayed here for years to come. (If you're an impatient or entitled person then A) You're a problem and a menace in society go and get therapy and B) do not live here. These people deserve better than to deal with people like you. They work really hard day in and day out and you can really see that even if it isn't always perfect. They're good people. I really got sick of seeing some of the rude Karen-esque personalities in the offices raising hell over tiny issues.)

We really enjoyed our experience renting with Emily. She is friendly and responsive. Ultimately, we decided to rent with the Calaveras because it has a very central location with quick access to the freeway. It's an older complex, but the units have been remodeled very tastefully. The price is right (hard to find attainably priced housing in the Valley anymore) and they worked with our credit. I think they are definitely worth a look if you are looking to move.

Recently moved in and so far the staff has been great! I feel like they hate me since I was cautious to cover my own and so I marked down everything I found fault with in my apartment. Two days later, work order slip was on my table when I got home. Everything they could fix was fixed!. I do have some minor flooding through the old foundation, but they're already on it to get it fixed and so far it has barely hindered me. The cons: a few kids and I'm not a fan of children , can hear your neighbors if they're loud or if they turn on the bathroom sink or bathtub, when they were constructing these apartments way back when, they did a sloppy job so a few electrical covers are crooked , and AMC management manages this place and their rules are set to milk every dime out of you so stay on top of your game and read the fine print.

I only 5 starred so everyone can read this I lived at these God forsaken apartments for a 8 month lease and it was the worst experience I've ever had living somewhere, cockroaches everywhere and they only had one office staff member that could do their job right. And not to mention when I moved in the apartment was so gross I had to shampoo the carpets 3 times just to see the original color, all three times the water was literally black, I feared my children would get sick I wouldnt even let my kids crawl on the floor without an area rug down.

My family has lived here just over a year and this place is amazing! Before we moved in, I was worried the apartments would be small with sketchy people around (because it’s low income) but it’s the complete opposite! The bedrooms are some of the biggest I’ve seen in an apartment, the master closet and laundry room are as big as the two bathrooms which are very well sized. The laundry room has a washer and dryer and about a 4 foot by 2 foot counter to fold clothes, iron, etc. The balcony is huge and comes with a small extra storage room! There’s no smoking inside but smoking on your balcony is allowed which is perfect for smokers and non-smokers. There’s a basketball court, playground, pool (no hot tub,) and plenty of grassy areas. Kid friendly and pet friendly! Not noisy at all! In most apartments I’ve been to, you can hear the neighbors but the only noise I’ve heard is kids playing in the middle of the day when my apartment is quiet or the occasional dryer running (also only when it’s quiet and you’re really listening.) Everyone is really good at following the “quiet hours” rules! The maintenance is amazing and has been extremely helpful! We had issues with our washer and Mike (the maintenance guy) came to fix it a couple times before figuring out it just needed to be replaced. Mike has also fixed our furnace and changed our light bulbs with no extra cost! Management is amazing and we’ve never had any problems with them. The neighbors are friendly and there’s a bunch of kids that play around the complex. The complex is right behind Macey’s and has an opening in the fence so you can’t walk directly to the store without walking on the busy road. I’ve never seen anyone doing drugs around and our neighbors always put their cigarettes out whenever I walk past with my baby. The only problem I’ve had is with little kids leaving trash all over the stairs after playing outside but it’s always cleaned up by the next day. They just had all of the cement outside power washed and the pool emptied and cleaned and refilled within a week. If you meet the income requirements, these apartments are the best for the price, size, and location!

Mike is our maintenance man and HE IS A STUD!!!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I have always loved our office manager Lisa !! She was such an ASOME lady! Unfortunately she just recently took another job.. but so far the new office manager seems to be super friendly and I already love her!!! This place isn’t “perfect” and yes there are some things to get used to. But overall in the 4 years I have lived here it is somewhere that I love to call home! The kids play all day and run wild being lil terrorists... so naturally my two boys fit right in!!😆 but on a serious note I must say again how lucky green grove is to have MIKE THE MAN!!!! He honestly holds this place together making the green grove “experience” run like a well oiled machine !! And in my experience what you can usually expect out of an “on site” maintenance person is lil to nothing! Just rigging things up so they can claim they “fixed it” so you will manage for another month or two...but NOT MIKE!!!! This dude will come in crack some jokes sweet talk you with his southern accent and freaking leave your home having fixed things before you even knew they were broken!! AHHHH SNAP !!!!HOW DO YOU DO IT MIKE??!! He is out there with a mind for preventative measures being taken!!! Simply to insure that on his watch , he catches a potential problem and addresses it quickly and effectively like nothing I have ever seen !!! I don’t understand how we got so lucky as to have him! But it has made the “green grove experience” something to rave about to anyone who ever inquires ‘how I like living here!’

I've have lived in different apartments for the last 15 years and GGA has been by far the best of all. These is my personal opinion about them: PROS: Great management. They're very friendly and supportive. Before they give you the keys to live in, a walk through is required. They inspect every inch of the apartment with you in case you have any questions or anything needs to be fixed. When we moved in everything was operable and clean. Mike, the handyman, is amazing. He's very knowledgeable in his field and friendly. When I needed something to be fixed, I just sent a text message to management and Mike is usually there within the first 25 to 30 minutes after I put the request. That's very impressive! The neighbors are also nice and friendly. At first I was a little skeptical about leaving my kids to play at the playground by themselves but we never had any inconveniences by having them playing with other kids in the complex. CONS: internet is really slow. On average, i was getting about 15 mbps. That was enough for my kids to watch Netflix or to surf on the internet. I know they are working on getting a faster internet but at this moment, that's the best you can get. Again, my family and I had a great experience by living here at GGA. I totally recommend GGA to families that are looking for a family oriented and affordable apartment complex.

On a scale of 1 to 10.. 1 being worst and 10 being best I would rate Green Grove to be an 11! The office staff... Lisa and Leaha have always been very pleasant and helpful. The maintenance staff, headed by Mike, has always made sure that any repair requests have been completed in a thorough and timely manner. The staff here have made this to be a family orientated community. In the summer the pool is always kept very clean and in proper working order and safe for everyone to enjoy. The grounds are kept clean and kept up. Yes the trash areas are sometimes a little too full but every effort is made to keep up with them. I live near a dumpster area so I see how much effort is made. Unfortunately every complex has a few residents that can't comply. Kids are sent to empty trash that can't or won't take the time to get trash into the bins. I have seen Mike and his assistant several times a day make sure it is not an eye sore. I have great neighbors!! I have never had any problems and thoroughly enjoy my residency here.

Since moving into The Calaveras the staff has been very helpful. They recently have been taken over by new owners and are always on top of things. Edwin in particular has gone above and beyond with getting us situated and taken care of. When we moved in there were a few things that needed to be fixed, Edwin took care of getting someone to us in a short amount of time and getting these things fixed. The renovations are amazing. We have had the maintenance come out and fix our AC late late at night and even go as far as change the lock on our door in 5 min. Green Grove has been great. We were very close to moving out this coming May but the staff made it very easy for us to extend our lease another year and made it clear that they would LOVE to have us stay. The grounds are clean, the walls appear to be thick (i don't really hear my neighbors much at all) the apartments themselves are pretty well kept and the few times I've had to ask for a repair they were made within the week. There's always parking available. The internet can be spotty but... that's just the nature of internet in my honest opinion. For the price Green Grove offers, the service and quality of the living spaces hold up. I'm glad we can stay at LEAST another year.

I've lived at Green Grove for over 4 years now. I love the accessibility to the freeway, the close proximity to my work (American Fork Hospital), and the front office gals. They've been extremely helpful with every issue I've had. Awhile ago, I was looking to relocate further North; and between all the hidden fees, the monthly payments ended up being grossly over my budget. With a little flick of their wands, Lisa & Tanya worked their magic so I was able to stay, paying a whopping six hundred dollars less than I would have if moved. I live on the 3rd floor and the vaulted ceilings make the place look massive, plus it gives me more room to hang my art. One complaint is some of the neighbors are slightly ratchet, but the apartments themselves more than make up for it.

Her tours are very informative and she was able to answer all of the questions I had prepared to ask, as well as those I hadn't thought of asking. The property is located near a quaint main street, which I look forward to exploring with my dog. I love the layout of their two bedrooms, and although they do not have balconies (I want to build a catio for my feline friend), the fact that they have washer dryer hookups inside them, and offer competitive construction rates - they've given quite an incentive to compromise! It looks like the new owners are really going to do a lot for this property. Can't wait to be part of their community!

I've lived in a few different apartment complexes, and the staff at the Calaveras has been the most welcoming, and I am very impressed with the amount of work they're doing on the apartments there. It's amazing how new and modern they've made these apartments look, and I bet that it will really raise the value of living in this area. Highly recommend.

Green Grove Apartment is a great community I have lived at the community for quite a while. The office staff is great and I do appreciate good management and Maintenance staffs. I have had very few problems with my apartment built-in furniture but most problems have been taken care of. That’s why I said this is a good apartment if you trying to find a good place to live.
